Experience the varying surface where soft grassy path becomes gravel field, almost flat becomes steep climb, and sandy beach becomes dramatic cliffs.

The course is 21k and stretches between two picturesque villages, mainly known for their summer life but which have much to offer all year round. The sea and beautiful nature are always here. You start at Hamnplan in Torekov and finish on the beach outside Hotel Skansen in Båstad. In between you run over grassy meadows and stone fields, along the sea and through dramatic Hovs Hallar. You run in beech and oak forests and wind through wild junipers. The surface is mostly easy to run, with the exception of a few stone fields and the stretch along the beach at Hovs Hallar which is very technically challenging. Both the beginning and the end of the race are very flat and you run right down by the sea.
